Radi se o prostoru veli\u010dine oko 270 tisu\u0107a kvadratnih metara, koji obuhva\u0107a prostor Adriachema izme\u0111u magistralne ceste i ceste dr. Franje Tu\u0111mana u K. Su\u0107urcu.<\/p>\n<p>Planom su odre\u0111ene povr\u0161ine za poslovne i druge namjene temeljene na naslije\u0111enoj organizaciji toga prostora, valorizaciji postoje\u0107e prirodne i izgra\u0111ene sredine, procjenom njegovih budu\u0107ih potreba i ciljeva razvoja, te pogodnost prostora za smje\u0161taj razli\u010ditih urbanih funkcija.<\/p>\n<p>Kori\u0161tenje i namjena povr\u0161ina UPU Krtine podijeljeno je na \u0161est dijelova i to ono predvi\u0111eno za mje\u0161ovitu namjenu (stambenu i poslovnu), gospodarsku, sportsko rekreacijsku, zelene i vodne povr\u0161ine te infrastrukture povr\u0161ine.
